Mother’s Day at Oliver’s and Planck’s Tavern – Sunday,  May 12th



Bourbon Orange Glazed Ham

~~  Baked Feur di Lis Ham with oven roasted red skin potatoes.
Pan Roasted Striped Bass 

~~  Topped with a white wine, lemon bechemel.
Roast Pork Tenderloin 

~~  Roasted in a lime & mango marinate, sliced and served with a mango, cucumber salsa.
Lazy Man’s Lobster Pye 

~~  This simple recipe dates back to the 1600’s. Fresh lobster baked in cream and butter and topped with seasoned cracker crumbs.
Baked Stuffed Gulf Shrimp

~~ served with drawn butter
Roast Native Boneless Duckling 

~~  our famous offering, served with sage stuffing and topped
with mandarin oranges and our cranberry glaze.
Swordfish with a Lemon Caper Butter 

~~  Atlantic swordfish prepared broiled, grilled or pan blackened.
